Soy Humano is a software platform accessible at soyhumano.app (hereinafter, the Platform). By registering and using the Platform, the user accepts the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms described in this notice, in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

The User may accept or reject this Privacy Notice through the consent mechanism enabled prior to registration on the Platform. However, continued access and use of the Platform after registration shall, in all cases, constitute tacit and unequivocal acceptance of this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

From registered users:

• Identification and contact: full name, email address, phone number (optional).
• Professional data: company or organization name, job title or position (optional).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, activity logs within the Platform.

About candidate documents:

The Platform temporarily processes CVs and documents uploaded by users. Such files are processed by artificial intelligence to generate evaluations and rankings, and are automatically deleted within the first hours following upload. Only the structured analysis results are retained. The Platform does not permanently store the original files.

Primary purposes (necessary for the service):

• Creating and managing the user account.
• Providing the AI-powered candidate analysis and ranking service.
• Processing payments and managing the contracted subscription.
• Providing technical support and customer service.

Secondary purposes (the user may object at any time):

• Sending communications about new features or updates.
• Generating aggregated and anonymized statistics about service usage.
• Receiving information about other products, features or updates from this or other projects or products related or unrelated to the platform.

For the operation of the service, the Platform uses the following providers who may have access to personal data:

• Google LLC (Gemini API): Content processing for analysis. Location: United States.
• Supabase Inc.: Data storage. Location: United States.
• DigitalOcean LLC: Infrastructure and hosting. Location: United States.
• Polar Software Inc.: Payment and subscription processing. Location: United States.

The Platform does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for its own commercial purposes.

The Platform uses essential cookies for its operation and analytical cookies to improve the user experience. The user can configure their browser to reject cookies, which may affect the functionality of some features.

This notice may be modified. Relevant changes will be notified through the Platform or by email with at least 10 days notice. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the changes.
