No. Privacy is our main differentiator. CVs are processed ephemerally in memory and are never stored in our database. We only save the analysis result (name, score and summary) while the vacancy remains open. Once closed, all information is automatically deleted.

Our AI analyzes each CV extracting key information such as experience, skills and education. It then compares this data with your vacancy requirements and generates a compatibility score (0-100) with a top candidates list as configured, along with an executive summary for each candidate. This all happens in seconds per CV.

The time depends on the volume of CVs. On average, we process dozens of CVs per minute. For large batches (500-1000 CVs), the full process can take between 15-30 minutes. You will see the progress in real time from your dashboard.

We accept files in PDF format. The AI can read both PDFs with digital text and scanned documents thanks to its built-in OCR (optical character recognition) capability.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings panel. There are no long-term contracts or penalties. If you are on the Starter plan, you only pay per processed vacancy with no commitment.

When you reach your plan limit, processing is paused until the next billing cycle. You can also purchase additional capacity without changing your plan, or upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly capacity.

Our AI achieves 95% accuracy in candidate evaluation. The system analyzes objectively without human bias, based solely on the requirements you define. However, we always recommend using the results as a support tool or guide — they do not replace the judgment of the recruiter or recruiters when choosing candidates.
